Todd L. Young

President and CEO

Todd Young is the President, CEO and co-founder of ProspX. Under his leadership, ProspX has gone from inception to being the industry leader in SaaS-based solutions for managing multi-party sales processes in the commercial insurance industry. Prior to ProspX, Todd held executive positions at Marsh/Sedgwick and Summit Global Partners/USI Holdings where he led the opening of a branch office and established mentoring and practice group programs. Todd was a consistent winner of awards and recognition during his 11 years in the industry. Todd is the co-founder of The Grace Foundation of Texas, a community-based organization dedicated to helping provide healthcare, education, career training, and job placement to young adults who have survived homelessness. He is also on the executive committee of the Stephen McDaniel Memorial Foundation. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University.

Puru Agrawal

Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Products

Puru Agrawal is the CTO, EVP of products and co-founder of ProspX and is responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering the software that’s at the heart of ProspX’s leading SaaS-based solution. Puru has over 15 years of operations, software development, and management experience at such organizations as BSG, Lincoln Life Insurance Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, Esurance.com, Allied Van Lines, Qwest Communications, and McKinsey.com. Prior to ProspX, Puru was the founder and CTO of Vincera Software, which was later acquired by Smarte Solutions. Puru holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Ben Wade

Chief Financial Officer

Ben Wade is the CFO and co-founder of ProspX and has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of financial planning and risk management. In his capacity as CFO, Ben is responsible for all controller, investor relations, tax, information technology, internal audit, facilities and human resources functions. Prior to joining ProspX, Ben played a critical role in the financial health of companies such as Newgistics, where he helped drive its rapid growth and success as the market leader in intelligent returns management; and Trilogy Software, where he managed the company to profitability during a technology downturn. Ben also brings strategic management and operations experience to ProspX, having spent 7 years in management level positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ben is a certified public accountant in Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas Christian University.

Sara Scott

Vice President of National Accounts

Sara Scott has more than 11 years of commercial insurance leadership experience and a proven track record of success. In her role as Vice President of National Accounts, she oversees the company’s sales and business development efforts at the national account level.  Prior to joining ProspX, Sara served as Senior Vice President of Sales at UnitedHealth Group for UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits where she was responsible for leading their national sales force for ancillary products in the middle market. Her responsibilities included sales leadership nationally, including regional and market level management, and local sales representatives.  Prior to this role, Sara held multiple regional sales positions in the organization, and was a top individual contributor for the organization, winning Sales Representative of the Year awards in multiple years. Prior to that, Sara was a Senior Sales Representative at Unum, a market leader and one of the largest employee benefit companies in the world. Sara earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri.

Darin Vick

Vice President of National Accounts

Darin Vick is the Vice President of National Accounts for ProspX, responsible for sales activities nationally across insurance carriers and insurance agents/brokers. Prior to joining ProspX , Darin spent more than 20 years in the insurance industry starting on the carrier side. In 1993, Darin joined the locally owned insurance agency, Campbell, Galt & Newlands, as a Consultant. In 1995 the agency was purchased by USI Insurances Services and became USI Northwest. Shortly after the acquisition by USI, Darin became the Sales Manager, working closely with the entire consulting team as well as the carrier partners to drive growth in the Portland and Seattle offices of USI. In 2001 Darin became the Chief Operations Officer and by 2004 he was named President and Chief Executive Officer. Darin joined Succeed Management Solutions in the fall of 2007 as Senior Vice President, Marketing. While at Succeed, Darin was instrumental in developing the successful launch of a web based risk management center offered to brokers and carriers nationally. Darin earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Portland in 1985.

Colleen Jamison

Vice President of Product Management

As Vice President of Product Management for ProspX, Colleen Jamison is the liaison between the customer and the ProspX solution. For over 25 years, Colleen has focused on knowing and understanding the customer through market segmentation, product development and profitability, and customer retention strategies. Colleen has extensive experience in financial services management consulting. Her financial services consulting focused on helping banks learn about their customers and their customers’ profitability so that valid, effective revenue generation plans could be implemented. Colleen has been a consultant with financial services management firms including KPMG, Brintech, Delta Consulting, and Alex Sheshunoff Management Services. Most recently, Colleen was responsible for Customer Retention at Hoover’s Online.

David J. DeLuna

Vice President of Delivery and Support

David DeLuna has 25 years of full business and technology solution implementation experience. In his role as director of account management at ProspX, he and his team serve as the primary point-of-contact for all customers and leads day-to-day account management and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining ProspX, David managed high visibility, highly complex strategic projects for DOCULABS, a leader in strategic consulting and market research. Prior to that, David served as CIO at Allied Worldwide, a $2+ Billion leading global relocation, moving services and logistics company. In this capacity, he managed a $14 million budget and 90 professionals and was responsible for implementing a claims management system that saved the company $1 million annually. David has held management level positions at leading organizations such as BSG, Trident, PerSe Technologies and Moveline. David is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications.

Trieu Pham

Vice President of Engineering

Trieu Pham oversees all engineering activities and technical infrastructure for ProspX and brings more than 15 years of technology consulting, software engineering, and operations experience to the ProspX management team. Prior to joining ProspX, Trieu was a co-founder and technical director for Vincera Software, serving in product development, system implementation, technical architecture, and management positions. The company was later acquired by Smarte Solutions. Prior to that, Trieu was a technical manager with BSG and worked on software development projects for such clients as American Express, CB Richard Ellis, and Allied Van Lines. Trieu participated in the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The McCombs School of Business.

Jill Ford

Vice President of Marketing

Jill Ford has 15 years of experience developing and managing global marketing programs to build brands and demand for technology companies. In her current role she sets the direction for all ProspX marketing communications including positioning and messaging strategies, media relations, online marketing and events. Prior to joining ProspX, Jill managed global marketing communications for Mirage Networks and directed the channel marketing program that allowed Mirage to succeed in over 40 countries. Prior to that, she managed all field marketing for SupportSoft through its successful IPO in 2000. At Tivoli, a division of IBM, Jill developed the company’s first international technical user conference, which spanned five continents with over 30,000 attendees. Jill holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from The University of Texas.
